Our client is currently seeking personal care workers for their aged care facility based in Maryborough, QLD. These roles are full time or part time permanent positions

What do you need to have?
- Cert 3 Individual Support or Equivalent
- COVID Vaccination including booster (As some facilities require it)
- Current Police check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening/Yellow Card or willingness to obtain
- First aid & CPR or BLS certificate
- Reliable access to means of transportation
- Be responsible for the clinical care of residents.
- Lead a care team or be part of a care team delivering the highest quality, person-first, care to residents
- Documentation of vital signs, medication intake and resident assessments
- Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
- Family and resident education
- Infection control and prevention
- Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families
- Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied healthare. .
